The Danish art foundation proposed that I travel to Masi Maphuele, South Africa in 2015. The purpose of my trip was to collaborate with four women and create ways that plastic container waste could be transformed into new products. I really enjoyed my time in Masi Maphuele and I am grateful to Yandiswa Mazwana for sharing so much with me.
